- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When someone calls to see if a prescription is ready for pick up and have there phone number on file please be courteous to the customer and let them know there prescription Is not covered when they call not after a long 18 mile drive to tell them oh your insurance does not cover this medication , than when told you could have told me when I was on the phone with u I just wasted more gas , please don't reply with well it says here you have a walla walla address. does that make anything better?? Does that mean I didn't waste gas? I didn't know you were filling up my tank rude lady have some respect crying out loud you act like your paying for the medication I have been coming here for years!!
