- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have good things to say about Dr. Laizure himself and his expertise in dentistry. However, there is much to be desired about the service of the staff. I originally called to schedule a cleaning. They said they needed to do records in addition. So then I thought I would have records and a cleaning in the same appointment. It was not very busy, but still I waited 35 minutes PAST my appointment time before I finally was called back. Nobody told me why or acknowledged that I had been waiting for so long. The x-ray tech did all the records (ow!) and then said okay you're done. Hey, what about my cleaning? Oh we have to schedule that for another time. After all this I decide to switch dentists and request to get my records. Well first I have to fill out a consent form. They said they would email it and send a hard copy. 2 weeks later I haven't seen a thing, and I have called two other times to request it.
